Elphinstone is a New York firm with three practices: investment advice and retirement planning for individuals, fractional CFO and CTO leadership for small businesses, and investment banking for healthcare companies.
Each practice stands on its own. Together, they can cover a business owner’s whole financial life: the company’s books, its capital, and the owner’s own retirement.

Wealth & Retirement
Investment advice with our fee on the line for qualified clients: each year we aim to deliver at least twice our 1% fee in returns above the index or taxes saved — or the fee shrinks in proportion, as far as zero. Retirement planning with private assets launches soon.
Healthcare companies are led by clinicians and operators who went into the field to care for patients, not to read a cash-flow statement. Reimbursement cycles, payer mix, licensing and constant regulatory change make the finances harder than they look — and the stakes higher.
That is why our CFO and investment banking practices concentrate on healthcare. The team that builds a practice’s monthly reporting understands exactly what a buyer or lender will ask for in diligence.
As an SEC-registered investment adviser, we owe our advisory clients a fiduciary duty. Their interests come first, and conflicts are disclosed in writing.

Our fee at risk
For qualified clients, we aim to deliver at least twice our advisory fee in value each year. If we fall short, the fee shrinks in proportion — as far as zero. How it works
03
Operators at the table
We sit in the CFO seat for the companies we serve. Our advice arrives with working models, cleaned-up books and follow-through — not just a slide deck.
04
Technology built in
With a CTO on the leadership team, we build the reporting, dashboards and integrations our clients rely on — and help them choose the systems they keep.
